It's the same for me (UK-based), the video doesn't load. I suppose it is exactly as Jensi has said -- the content isn't available for users outwith Germany due to legal restrictions.

It would have been appreciated though if the ARD had displayed some kind of notice telling so.

You can use a german proxy server, then it could probably work.

I think it's no doubt now that Jensi have right about this.Have asked other non-german users to try this but the same problem.Now I hope someone can put it on youtube
